Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor who is well known for his role in the television show 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. He identified his interest towards acting during his time in school and then pursued acting studies in The University of Colorado at Boulder. While he's appeared in both films and television, it is his characters on the smaller screen that gave him popularity and much admirers. He's been able seamlessly play the roles of characters on both sides of the law, and captivate the viewers' attention. In the first television show in which he played the role of a murderer. Later, he was able to play the part of an NYPD Detective. Numerous times, he was nominated for both the prestigious Emmy Awards, and the PRISM Awards. The actor is famous for his blue-piercing eyes that have been a signature and helped create a charismatic character for tough roles.
