Christopher Peter Meloni was an American actor, best famous for his role on the popular television show Law & Order Special Victims Unit'. From the time he was in college Christopher Meloni has always been fascinated by the world of acting. He studied acting at University of Colorado at Boulder. While he has appeared in movies and on television but it's the actors portrayed in small screen that has earned him fame. The actor has the ability to play characters from both the good and bad aspects of the legal system. He is able capture the audiences attention with ease. His initial project was a television show, and later, he played as a detective with the NYPD. In recognition of his performance on the smaller screen, he's been nominated numerous times for the prestigious Emmy Awards. The piercingly blue eyes of his face have been deemed as the most captivating characteristic. These have been used to depict rough characters and give them charisma. People's magazine's Sexiest Men Alive 2006 featured the actor.
