Christopher Peter Meloni has been a popular American actor for a number of years. Most famously, he is famous for his roles played in "Law & Ordinance Special Victims Unit". While in college, he started to develop an interest in acting. In the University of Colorado at Boulder it was where he studied acting. He was also active in film and TV and on stage, his appearances on the smaller screen were what earned him popularity. It is no surprise that the actor has managed to grab audiences' attention by playing characters on both one side of the law. He was the character of the serial killer on his debut television show as well as later portrayed of an NYPD detective. His performances on small screens have been recognized with multiple Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. His signature piercing, blue eyes which are said to make him look handsome. They have helped to convey tough characters in a charming style. People's magazine listed him as one of the Sexiest Men Alive for 2006.
